What is an “Internal & External CIE Platform”?

A CIE (Commercial Information Exchange) works like an internal Multiple Listing Service built specifically for your Network – but many of the fee sharing and other rules that usually accompany an MLS do not apply. Brokers and agents are free to negotiate whatever referrals they’d like with each other.
