Allen S. Crumbley, Partner, CCIM - Co-Owner of Prudential Tropical Realty in West Central/Tampa, Florida (a charter PREA company in 1988 and a perennial Gibraltar company) and Prudential Commercial Real Estate, FL (PREA's 2nd largest commercial affiliate globally). With almost 30 years of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage experience and one of Prudential's largest residential firms, Allen has gained a unique understanding of the advantages of integrating commercial real estate brokerage services within a predominantly 'residential' office.
He received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1979 where he received a full football scholorship and, as a starter under coach Paul "Bear" Bryant, helped lead the 1978 Tide to the National Championship Title.

Michael W. Fields, Managing Partner - With 27 years of commercial real estate specialization in the West Florida market, he is well experienced in the analysis, development and implementation of short and long-range strategic plans for portfolio real estate.
Mike started his commercial real estate focus in 1983 with Lee Arnold & Associates, Inc. in Clearwater. FL where he specialized in suburban office property leasing and sales until leaving the firm in 1991 to form his own firm with longtime partner and Florida real estate icon, Al Austin. They merged their company with Binswanger and Mike was managing partner for the Southeast region of one of the world's largest commercial real estate brokerage companies from 1993 to 2003. He was managing director of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, FL from 2003 until the launch of the ORION initiative in November of 2008. Mike has personally developed, managed, leased and sold over $350 million of real estate in the West Florida Region and been involved in over $1.5 billion in transactions.
Mike worked on the Transition Team in the early days of the Reagan administration before moving into the private sector as Congressional Liaison for a prominent commodities trading and ship chartering brokerage firm in Washington, D.C. and New York.
As a merchant mariner, lobbyist and consultant, Mike has traveled extensively and gained business experience in over fifty foreign countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, South and Central America and the Middle East.
Mike's two decades of specialization in real estate strategies in the West Central Florida market, combined with the insight gained from his broad range of national political and international business experiences, make him one of the most successful and uniquely qualified real estate solution providers in the West Florida region.
